Why choose us as your infrastructure partner.
Most teams do not want to run infrastructure. They want it run properly by someone who answers the pager, and their own engineers back on the product.
We own what we deploy
The team that designs the platform is the team that runs it. One group is accountable for the infrastructure end to end, not a build team and a separate rota inheriting their decisions.
You work on your product
Clusters, pipelines, secrets and upgrades become our problem. Your engineers spend their time on the thing your customers actually pay for.
Every environment is reproducible
Terraform, Cluster API and Crossplane mean an environment can be rebuilt from the repository. No server's configuration exists only in someone's memory.
Compliance is built in
Access control, secrets handling and audit evidence are part of the infrastructure from the first commit, so an SOC 2 or ISO 27001 process finds the controls already running.
What we do.
Pick the one that matches what is blocking you. Most engagements start with a single line on this list.
Cloud-agnostic deployment for enterprise
Your software installed and run in someone else's environment. One artifact that deploys to EKS, GKE, AKS or a customer's own bare-metal cluster, packaged for enterprise onboarding, air-gapped installs and bring-your-own-cloud, so a procurement requirement stops being a bespoke engineering project every time it lands.
- Replicated for enterprise onboarding
- Air-gapped and self-hosted installs
- Bring your own cloud
- One artifact, every distribution
- Velero-backed restore paths
Cloud migration
Lift, re-platform or rebuild across AWS, Azure, GCP and Oracle Cloud, sequenced so the system that runs the business stays live throughout.
Multi-cloud infrastructure, 0 to 1
A complete estate stood up from nothing, accounts, networking, identity, clusters and pipelines, across one cloud, several, or your own hardware.
Infrastructure as code
Terraform, Cluster API and Crossplane, so every environment, cluster and cloud resource is declared and reproducible rather than clicked into place.
DevOps and CI/CD
GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Tekton and Argo Workflows with environment promotion and rollback, including migrations off Jenkins.
DevSecOps and SOC 2 ready infrastructure
Secrets management, least-privilege access and control checks that run in the pipeline, so the infrastructure evidence an auditor asks for already exists.
GPU cloud and Neocloud
GPU capacity for training and inference, including the scheduling, tenancy isolation and networking behind standing up a Neocloud of your own.
Cloud cost optimisation
Right-sizing, commitment planning and waste removal, reported per environment and per team so the saving holds after we hand over.
Building your first cloud setup? Take 10 hours on us.
If you are an early-stage startup standing up cloud infrastructure for the first time, or a YC-backed team scaling past the prototype, claim ten free hours across any of the cloud and infrastructure work on this page. Spend them on whatever is actually blocking you.
- Cloud architecture and account structure
- Kubernetes platform set up from scratch
- CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion
- Any service on this page, your pick
Limited places while the offer runs, so claim early.
Infrastructure is the whole job here, not a step on the way to something else. We inherit existing environments as often as we build new ones, across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud and hardware you own outright, and we treat cost, security and reliability as engineering constraints rather than a finance report, an audit finding and a pager that only rings after something has already broken.
Kubernetes is usually the layer that makes a multi-cloud or hybrid estate tractable, so clusters are declared with Cluster API, cloud resources reach product teams through Crossplane, and delivery runs on GitOps rather than a pipeline nobody is willing to touch. What gets built on top of those clusters is platform engineering, and keeping them inside an SLO once they carry traffic is site reliability engineering — both are practices of their own here, run by the same team.
Where your software has to run in someone else's environment, the same discipline applies to the install. One artifact targets EKS, GKE, AKS, kubeadm, Talos or a customer's existing cluster, packaged with Replicated so enterprise onboarding, air-gapped installs and bring-your-own-cloud are a supported path rather than a bespoke project per customer, with Velero behind the restore.
Everything is defined in Terraform and handed over as a repository your own team can read, change and run without us, with the SLOs, on-call rotation and runbooks that keep it running already in place.
- Infrastructure-as-code repository you own outright
- Migration plan with no planned downtime
- CI/CD with environment promotion and a rollback that works
- Control evidence an SOC 2 auditor will accept, generated by the pipeline
- One deployment artifact that installs on any Kubernetes distribution
- Backup and restore path, tested by restoring rather than by assertion
- Cost and capacity review, repeated each quarter
The stack we run in production.
Standard, well-supported projects your team can hire for, not a bespoke platform only we know how to operate.
AWS
EKS, ECS and the managed data services around them, under accounts and guardrails you keep.
Microsoft Azure
AKS with Azure-native networking, identity and policy, wired to the same pipelines as the rest of your estate.
Google Cloud
GKE, Cloud Run and BigQuery, including the workload identity setup that keeps service credentials out of your repositories.
Oracle Cloud
OKE and OCI compute, usually where the licence economics or an existing database estate point there rather than elsewhere.
Bare metal and colocation
Your own hardware treated as a first-class target, provisioned, clustered and scheduled the same way a managed cloud is.
Hybrid and air-gapped
Estates spanning cloud and on-premise, including environments with no egress at all, deployed from one control plane.
