Who we are
Covaratech is a remote-only engineering services company. We have no physical office; correspondence is by email at [email protected]. For data-protection questions, write to us at the same address.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us. That is: the name, email address and message you provide when you contact us or request a consultation, and the scheduling details you enter when you book a call through our calendar provider (Cal.com). We do not run advertising or behavioural tracking, and we do not buy or enrich contact data.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, schedule and hold a call, and — if we begin working together — to administer the engagement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and the performance of a contract once one exists.
Who we share it with
Our email provider and our scheduling provider (Cal.com), acting as processors on our instructions, and professional advisers where necessary. We do not sell personal data. Some processors operate outside your country; where they do, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted. Records relating to an actual engagement are kept for as long as the contract requires and any period we are legally obliged to retain them.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded calendar on the contact page is loaded from Cal.com and may set cookies necessary for scheduling to function; see Cal.com’s own privacy notice for detail.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top. This is a plain-language summary; if you need a version reviewed against a specific regulation before signing a contract, ask and we will provide one.
