Agent Platform

AI Agent Tools, Integrations & MCP

Agents are only useful when they can reach the systems where work happens. We build and integrate the tool layer around them, including MCP servers and clients.

What it is

We use MCP where it provides a useful standardised interface between agents and data, tools and systems — and plain APIs and function tools where it does not. The MCP specification has moved toward stateless operation, scalable HTTP infrastructure, authorisation hardening, long-running tasks and enterprise use.

MCP is an engineering capability here, not a marketing word.

When you need it

  • SIGNAL 01Your agent can reason but cannot reach the data or systems it needs.
  • SIGNAL 02Tools are defined ad hoc per agent and nobody can say what an agent is allowed to call.
  • SIGNAL 03You want to expose your product or internal systems to agents through MCP.
  • SIGNAL 04Tool calls fail, time out or return more than the model can use.

What we build

The engineering.

  • 01

    API integrations and function tools

Tools designed for a model to use well — clear names, tight inputs, useful outputs.

  • 02

    MCP servers

MCP servers that expose your data, tools and systems through a standard interface.

  • 03

    MCP clients

Agents and applications that consume MCP servers safely.

  • 04

    Enterprise system integration

CRM, ERP, ticketing, databases, internal APIs and SaaS platforms.

  • 05

    Search, browser and file tools

Tools that let an agent find, read and work with information.

  • 06

    Code execution tools

Sandboxed execution for agents that need to run code.

How it works

One run, end to end.

  1. 01

    AGENT

The agent decides it needs a capability.

  2. 02

    TOOL.SELECT

It chooses from a defined tool set.

  3. 03

    MCP.CALL

The call goes through a standard interface.

  4. 04

    AUTHZ

Permissions are checked for this agent and user.

  5. 05

    SYSTEM

The business system does the work.

  6. 06

    RESULT

A result the model can use comes back.

What it integrates with

Chosen for the workload and your environment — not a preferred provider.

  • REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Databases
  • SaaS platforms
  • CRM
  • ERP
  • Ticketing
  • File systems
  • Search
  • Browsers

All capabilities

In production

Production is part of development.

Evaluation, security, deployment and operations begin before release — on this service as on every other.

EVAL

How we test it

  • Tool-use tests for correct selection and call accuracy.
  • Contract tests between tools and the systems behind them.
  • Failure, timeout and retry behaviour tested per tool.

POLICY

How we secure it

  • Authentication and authorisation on every tool and MCP server.
  • Least-privilege scopes per agent and per user.
  • Secret protection and data leakage controls at the tool boundary.

RUNTIME

How we deploy it

  • MCP servers deployed as scalable HTTP services where needed.
  • Tools versioned alongside the agents that use them.

TRACE

How we operate it

  • Tool traces with latency, errors and retries.
  • Usage per tool, so unused and failing tools are visible.

What you receive

Engineering outputs, not a deck.

We do not hand over a prototype and leave production engineering to you.

  1. 01A tool layer, documented, with what each tool does and who can call it

  3. 03Integrations with your enterprise systems
  4. 04Tool-use tests and contract tests
