Agent Engineering

Agentic Workflow Automation

We replace or augment complex manual workflows with agentic systems that interpret information, make decisions, use business systems and execute controlled actions.

What it is

The focus is not "chat with an AI". The focus is: give the system a task and enable it to complete the work.

Some steps are better solved with deterministic software or conventional automation, and we build them that way. The agent handles what needs interpretation and judgement, inside the limits the business sets.

When you need it

  • SIGNAL 01A high-volume process depends on people reading, deciding and re-keying across systems.
  • SIGNAL 02Rules-based automation breaks on the unstructured cases.
  • SIGNAL 03Exceptions pile up because nothing can handle the judgement calls.
  • SIGNAL 04The work crosses several applications and teams.

What we build

The engineering.

  • 01

    Business process automation

End-to-end processes run by an agentic system, with the steps that need judgement handled explicitly.

  • 02

    Document workflows

Documents read, classified, extracted and acted on.

  • 03

    Operations and back-office automation

Customer operations, finance, sales and internal workflows that currently run on manual effort.

  • 04

    Exception handling

A defined path for the cases the system should not decide on its own.

  • 05

    Human approvals

Review steps placed exactly where the risk is.

  • 06

    Cross-system workflows

One workflow that reads from and writes to the systems where the work actually happens.

How it works

One run, end to end.

  1. 01

    TRIGGER

An event, a document or a request starts the work.

  2. 02

    INTERPRET

The system reads and understands the input.

  3. 03

    DECIDE

It chooses the next action within policy.

  4. 04

    EXECUTE

    It acts across business systems.

  5. 05

    EXCEPTION

Edge cases go to a person.

  6. 06

    VERIFY

The outcome is checked and recorded.

In production

Production is part of development.

Evaluation, security, deployment and operations begin before release — on this service as on every other.

EVAL

How we test it

  • Workflow completion measured on real historical cases.
  • Exception and escalation paths tested deliberately.
  • Regression testing whenever the process or the model changes.

POLICY

How we secure it

  • Tool access limited to the actions the workflow needs.
  • Approval gates on irreversible or high-value actions.
  • Audit logging of every action taken.

RUNTIME

How we deploy it

  • Runs alongside the existing process first, then takes over as it earns trust.
  • Deployed into the environment the business systems already live in.

TRACE

How we operate it

  • Human escalation rate, completion rate and cost per task tracked over time.
  • Continuous improvement from the exceptions the system raises.

What you receive

Engineering outputs, not a deck.

We do not hand over a prototype and leave production engineering to you.

  1. 01An automated workflow running against your real systems
  2. 02A map of the process, the decisions and where approval is required
  3. 03Exception handling and escalation paths
  4. 04Evaluation on historical cases before go-live
  5. 05Audit trail of every action
  6. 06Operating metrics for completion, escalation and cost
