Agent Engineering

Agentic AI Development

We engineer complete agentic systems where AI reasons through multi-step processes, uses tools, coordinates workflows and operates under defined constraints.

What it is

This is the umbrella service for customers who need a complete agentic system rather than one isolated agent. The model is one component; we engineer the system around it — orchestration, tools, state, memory, retrieval, approvals, evaluation, security, runtime and deployment.

We prefer simple architectures, and add orchestration and more agents only when they create real value. More agents do not automatically mean a better system.

When you need it

  • SIGNAL 01The problem spans several workflows, systems and decisions, not one task.
  • SIGNAL 02You need orchestration, state and human approvals, not only a model call.
  • SIGNAL 03Several agents or tools have to work together inside one controlled runtime.
  • SIGNAL 04The system has to integrate with production software your business already runs.

What we build

The engineering.

  • 01

    Agentic system architecture

The right shape for the workload, from a single agent to supervisor and specialist designs, chosen for the problem rather than the trend.

  • 02

    Agent and workflow orchestration

Sequential, parallel and event-driven workflows, with agent handoffs where the work genuinely calls for them.

  • 03

    Tool execution

A controlled layer for everything the system can do in the outside world.

  • 04

    State, memory and retrieval

What the system needs to remember, what it needs to look up, and where each lives.

  • 05

    Human approval workflows

Checkpoints where a person reviews, approves or corrects the system's next action.

  • 06

    Agent runtime design

The runtime the system executes in, designed for long-running work, recovery and scale.

How it works

One run, end to end.

  1. 01

    INTENT

    A goal enters the system.

  2. 02

    PLAN

The work is broken into steps.

  3. 03

    ORCHESTRATE

Steps are routed to agents and tools.

  4. 04

    TOOL.CALL

    Actions run through controlled tools.

  5. 05

    STATE

    Progress is persisted and recoverable.

  6. 06

    RESULT

Output is delivered, traced and evaluated.

In production

Production is part of development.

Evaluation, security, deployment and operations begin before release — on this service as on every other.

EVAL

How we test it

  • Workflow and trajectory evaluation across the whole run, not only the final answer.
  • Regression testing across releases of prompts, tools, models and orchestration.
  • Latency and cost measured per task before release.

POLICY

How we secure it

  • Identity and permissions for every agent and tool in the system.
  • Human approval gates and policy enforcement at the orchestration layer.
  • Sandboxed execution and runtime isolation where actions are risky.

RUNTIME

How we deploy it

  • Deployed where the system must run, including private and air-gapped environments.
  • Versioned agents, models and policies with controlled rollbacks.

TRACE

How we operate it

  • End-to-end traces across agents, tools, handoffs and guardrails.
  • Continuous evaluation and improvement from production data.

What you receive

Engineering outputs, not a deck.

We do not hand over a prototype and leave production engineering to you.

  1. 01A production agentic system integrated with your existing software
  2. 02System architecture, documented, with the reasoning for each choice
  3. 03Orchestration, state and memory designed for the workload
  4. 04Evaluation suite covering workflows and trajectories
  5. 05Security model covering identity, permissions and approvals
  6. 06Runtime, observability and release pipeline in place
